The Community
Ninjas are supposed to serve the community. Or wait, is that samurais? We don't know the difference. Either way, fruit got sliced. Street dogs got help. The Camry got an award. Somehow, all in one weekend.
BUTTONWILLOW 2026 / FUNDRAISER
A fruit stand with a serious soft spot.
We are all huge dog lovers (probably because we are dawgs ourselves). We set up a Fruit Ninja stand at the race and sold snacks for the only cause that might matter to us as much as our lap times. Together, we raised and donated almost $4,000 to Rosie's Heroes, a 501(c)(3) animal rescue providing critical trauma care and spay/neuter surgeries for street dogs.
The stand was powered by fruit, snacks, and an unreasonable number of ninja outfits. Our usual pit strategy is less organized.

Halloween Meets Gasoline
Our Fruit Ninja-themed '96 Camry won the Halloween Meets Gasoline award at Buttonwillow. Turns out dressing like a ninja and feeding people fruit is a stronger race-weekend strategy than anyone expected.
